We are a food trailer located in South Austin, serving AUTHENTIC Italian pasta and desserts. Our pasta is made from scratch, following the real ancient recipes, while all the sauces are home made. We use only primary and fresh ingredients (part of them coming directly form Italy), and our main focus is the satisfaction of our customers.
