Maurice Cooper was very friendly and thorough. He listened to my concerns about certain problem areas and took care of everything. He explained what he did and answered all my questions. Hope he comes back next time.

Zach Fulton was great and took care of all the areas and put roach traps for us. We are happy with Aptive.

Great customer service. Brandon Cecil was exceptional. We were disappointed to hear that he does not routinely service our area.

Vladimir greeted me with a big, genuine smile, he explained the pest extermination process and terms clearly. He was professional, friendly and treated our yard throughly and in a timely fashion.

Very professional services. Our service tech was Brandon Cecil. What was great about this visit was finding out the company has many military veterans, to include Brandon, working for them. Found out we were deployed to Iraq during the same time frame. The service was very thorough and Brandon was very informative.

Eddie Hernandez and Xavien Burleson came out to my house a few days ago. They were super professional and very careful about not tracking any dirt into my house. They took care of all my issues. I would highly recommend them!

completed the job as scheduled. I was pleased with his work.

Vladimir Yarmak was on time. He explained the procedure for the visit. He was professional and courteous. The house is on the side of a hill with difficult terrain. In spite of this he did excellent work.

The sales rep, Conner Ogden, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians, Maurice and Zach, were right on time and also very professional. When I opened the door for them, some stray bull dog came bursting through the door, running all over my house and scaring my little dog. Not only did Maurice and Zach help get the dog out of my house, but they took the time to call the owner to ensure the dog got home. I call that above and beyond their call of duty!

Highly recommended. Henry Noble provided outstanding service. He explained protection plan requirements and process. His attention to service needs were outstanding.

I don't usually give any time to door to door, but, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and able to show me a better deal than I was getting. The technician (Isaac) showed up 15 minutes later and explained everything he was going to do and then followed up with me after he was done.
