I've had a great experience with this company so far. I'm usually put off by people that come door to door, but Spencer was really pleasant and helpful identifying the type of roach infestation we had. The two technicians, Xavien and Jawon, who came out to treat the yard today were especially friendly. Not only did they do a great job treating the yard, but they took the time to meet (and play with) my dog so she wouldn't go nuts barking while they worked. Way to go guys! You made a friend for life in my dog and a loyal customer in me!

Had our first experience with Aptive today. Jesus M. was right on time, so courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his care for my family, as demonstrated by the reminder to keep our baby out of the house for the immediate period following the application. Impressed thus far!

Mark Tracz was thorough when answering my questions. He also assisted in locating problem areas in my home.

Henry Noble was absolutely outstanding. He went through every step of the process and what we could expect from the service and any issues that we had were addressed immediately.

Eddie Hernandez performed our first treatment today. He was on-time, very pleasant and professional. He went over all the information of what he would be doing and what we could expect from the treatment. He found a couple of ant hills that I hadn't detected yet and treated them.

Xavien did an amazing and outstanding job. he was very friendly. Xavien went above and beyond and picked up a dead possum that was found in my backyard. Keep up the good work Aptive.

My tech Simeon Bauer was awesome. He arrived within the time that was set for me, he explained all steps and had excellent knowledge to answer all my questions. !! Thanks Simeon! !

I have used another pest control for 10+ years. I decided to try Aptive when they came to my door, and offered their services at about the same price as I had been paying. With the previous provider, I was never rid of the bugs and spiders. We are just starting with Aptive, so I hope that I can finally be rid of bugs and spiders in my home. I was very pleased with L. Williams' service.

My Service Pro, Brandon Cecil, did a great job. He arrived on time, explained everything easily, and completed the job in a timely manner. He was polite, friendly and competent.

Brandon M was courteous, prompt and professional. He answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he really took his time when he treated the inside and outside of my home. I will request him as my regular service pro for my quarterly visits.

My service man, Mitch Mecham was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and made sure I knew every step he was taking to ensure no pests will invade our home! I feel secure in recommending him and Aptive for your pests service.

We just had our first service call with Xavien - he was PHENOMENAL!!! Courteous, polite, professional and very prompt!!



I will be requesting him to be our service provider going forward!!

I'm very pleased with Mr. Dionty's professionalism. He called ahead of time to make sure someone was home. Service was fast and thorough. Mr. Dionty even cleaned all the spider webs in the garage as well as treated the area.

Mitch Mechum with Aptiva did a great job! he was courteous, professional, and explained everything he did.

Mark T. Was awesome although he said he was new to the company he explained in more detail what the sales rep did not. Ants & Fleas have been a big issue this year so much so our family pet almost lost her foot due to her stepping in an ant mound Mark made sure to double check for any mounds and treat them if need be. This is a great service for a very reasonable price! Their service technician Eddie was extremely polite and professional. He even showed up 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I would highly recommend Apitve to anyone looking for a reliable, prompt, and effective pest control service.

The technician, Henry Noble, did an excellent job of explaining the paperwork I needed to initial and sign. He was very professional and spoke with confidence. Very polite, soft spoken and easy to converse with.
