This is the worst place in all of Austin. I went there to get my eyebrows waxed. I told the lady I did not like the square look but she gave it to me anyway. When I asked her to fix it she told me NO!!!! Then she still charged me full price. I got home and called to get the managers # the guy that answered said he did not want to talk to me and hung up on me. Do not ever go to this place it is a waste of money. How they are still in business is beyond me.--Joni
