to be fair, it is because my failed attempt to use the business rather than other things that caused me to give this rating. i have limited ability to leave my home. i asked them if they could deliver product and services to my home,as i already have my docs prescription for a bipap. it is common for dmes to do this,for obvious reasons. but they absolutely refused to accommodate my need. their business, their choice. my opinion is that they should offer this service. considering population they serve.

These guys give great customer service! They really care about your needs and do everything possible to accomidate you!
