Why fix it Now....? A corner foundation fix of a couple of thousands dollars now could save you untold $10,000’s as follows: If neglected over time, sewer leaks under your foundation could occur and tunneling and plumber cost can be quite expensive ($1000 to $8000+ additional) and long term sewer leaks can result in additional interior piers being needed on the interior of your house which can be costly and intrusive ($1000 to $8000+).
