My husband used AAA Building Maintenance janitorial services at is office for a couple of years and was very happy with their work, so when we bought a condo that needed serious updating before we could move in, it seem natural to use them to do the work. We had a very short deadline to complete the work and very specific needs because the updates needed to accommodate our physically disable son. As the AAA team proceeded, they discovered a series off issues in our building, adding both time and cost to the project. In spite of all this,the work was completed within the time frame we had and within reasonable cost. Pete did not hesitate to bring extra hands and working long hours to ensure that he would deliver what he had promised. While a few loose ends needed to be tied up after we moved in, Pete and his crew always made sure that the work area was enclosed to ensure the maximum safety for our son and the least inconvenience I highly recommend AAA to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.
