poor business practices

1.) Have been trying to get someone to answer the phone for 1 hr (11 am). Call 2 other locations and no answer.

2.) When I signed my contract, I crossed out the auto renewal and the Mngr signed it. I did not renew and they continued to try to charge my credit card. I called and spoke with Ryan Miller and he agreed I shouldn't be getting collection letters.



4.) Now 5 months later I am not only getting collection letters but I am receiving threatening telephone calls. "It would be in your best interset to return this telephone call". I consider that message threatening!

5.) I have been trying to reach someone to talk to and can't get them to return my calls. I own businesses and am more than capable of paying for a membership. I did not renew because I had 5 surgeries last year and wasn't able to use the membership I paid for. This is not the way to run a business. NO. I do not reccommend this company.
