Social Concepts and Development Services (SCADS) is a locally and privately held woman owned behavioral health agency.  SCADSs is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals experiencing mental health disorders and those suffering from substance abuse, trauma, and/or other behavioral health issues.

MISSION

To promote community wellness by, enhancing and empowering the behavioral health community through creativity, innovation, recovery and diversity.

Our vision is to bring the services of Practitioners, Mental Health Providers and multiple Community Resources together via SAMHSAs Wellness Initiative, the Eight Dimensions of Wellness.
