Three separate apartments in one building was broken into and robbed. All 3 were No Forced entry. The property mgr put out an notice to all of the residence that there was, “criminal activity” on the premises and informed me that he could not inform the residents that the “criminal activity”, he mentioned in the letter was referring to 3 No Forced entry robberies in a single building because of legal reasons.
I have no idea is this was limited to the building that I live in or happening around the entire community.

Termites infestation and all they can say is that we live in a wooded area and it's the season 725 1b stay away from this place staff no skills needed to work there u want luxury living make a u turn asap! I never been late on rent even referred my cousin here and we're both moving out! They offer section8 2nd chance and drug release programs so your neighbors are interesting if u have no other choice then yes move here

Do not move here, the office staff are very unprofessional

All I can say is Don't get behind over here because these people don't care about you even if you attempt to pay. They will say that they will work with you, but they don't stick to their word. Also, if you have a maintenance issue, it takes them a week or two to get to your home. As the other person stated, they are definitely money hungry. I hope that someone else takes over the complex that has knowledge of running a apartment complex.

So, my A/C went out last night. I work nights, so I couldn't do anything about it then, so I went to work. and then went to my day job and called the office to report the a/c was out. They assured me a work order would be generated and classified as an emergency. So, I get home at 5, and it's over 90 degrees in my apartment. Nobody had been by to look at it. I finally get someone out after going to the office, and it's the fan motor. They have them on order, but none in stock. Fine. I ask if they can loan me a window unit or some fans, they say they are out of window units and I'm just out of luck. Nevermind that I just worked 16 hours, and have to be up in 5 hours to go work 16 more. Nevermind that I have an 8 month old living with me who can't handle that kind of heat. To top it off, they are going to charge me for extra rent because I didn't remember a year later that I had to give 60 days notice that I'm moving out on the day my lease expires. I assumed that was a given, as my LEASE EXPIRES THAT DAY. A company that actually gave a crap would at LEAST send a reminder 60+days in advance to make sure you knew... They sent it 32 days before lease expiry. A company that actually gave a crap would at LEAST offer to wave that extra charge in light of the inconvenience they've caused. Nope, not Birch Landing. i can't emphasize enough how bad a decision moving here would be. These people are horrible, greedy, and completely without concern for their renters. You've been warned.

stay far away from this place as possible. It is infested with bugs, drug activities, people stealing your cable outside, and most of all poor management services. The staff dress as though they are working at a strip club and all they need is a pole in their office

2 pools doesn't make good managment

2 yeras ago my husband and I moved in when the property was owned by Tree Terrace. Now that they are owned by Ventron, the place has really gone down hill. The office staff is not friendly or helpful. They always have an excuse why the grounds are not kept clean, or why problems not taken care of. I would not recommend living anywhere that Ventron owns. I can just imagine that they run all their rental properties like this. As soon as our lease is up, we are out of here!
