I hired this company to build a kitchen for my new home. I was told they could duplicate the kitchen in the builder’s model but make it even better than what the builder offered. I was expecting something of at least the quality of the builder’s kitchen. The cabinets they built were very substandard. I was promised very upscale cabinets. The quality that was delivered is not even close to being what an upscale kitchen would be like. I have had six other professional cabinet making companies confirm this. Before hiring this company, I specifically asked how they would paint the cabinets and expected them to be painted in a professional shop of some sort and spray painted. I was told that they would do that.But when they started bringing the cabinets into the house, they only had a base coat of paint on them and told me they would use a roller brush to finish them onsite. That was not what I had requested. And I knew the quality would not be very good. And everybody who has seen the cabinets agree that they do not look upscale at all The builder's kitchen had full overlay doors on the cabinets but for some reason my kitchen has partial overlay doors. They were supposed to duplicate the builder's kitchen and make it even better but they didn't even get the type of doors correct They didn’t hide the support brace needed to hang the cabinets on the wall which looks very ugly. The display cabinet they built has different sized glass windows for some reason which makes no sense. They used side mount runners on all of the drawers instead of under mount runners like an upscale kitchen would have. I would not recommend them. You will be very disappointed if you do.
