Just refinanced again with First Centennial and had another wonderful experience. I called around a lot and not only couldnt anybody touch their rates every other lender I called told me 60- 90 days to close a loan. First Centennial got my loan closed in 30 days. I will never use anybody but First Centennial and tell everybody that will listen to me.

Very drawn out close process; very poor response to inquiries and questions; I would not recommend first centennial to anyone.
