From scheduling down the line, this school is chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional. They pretended to know how to apply a relaxer and put me with a student who almost burned off all of my hair. The products they used were not the products they said they were going to use. They did not listen to what I requested. A teacher promised to follow up, but I have never heard from anyone. I could write a book on the many ways things went wrong at Xenon. This is a place with a lot of pretense and no substance.

I was recently in Xenon Academy for a hair cut. The students were so great the young lady doing my hair talked me into some highlights. She was so knowledgeable and confident. The instructors were very present and a part of the service. I was treated so well and look forward to my future visits.Happy Customer

Spent 5 hours in the place, the pedi was awful and my color.....!!! Instead of doing what I've had done before and TOLD them I wanted done, they did something else and it looks awful. I think they just do whatever that week's lesson is without listening to the client who is sitting in the chair, paying, and having to walk out the door. They had instructors standing behind them telling me, 'Oh you don't want that.' I don't want what I want??? I know what I wanted and I will never go back to Xenon in Aurora. I went there a few years ago and it was an entirely different experience than it was this time. Yes, it's less expensive, but I will pay FULL price from now on before I EVER let anyone from Xenon touch me again. I might add that, during the 5 hours I was sat in the chair, TWO people came in with complaints about hair color to have it redone. The place is a joke! It seemed dirty and unprofessional and everyone in the place had some twig of their hair bleached and that's why

im going to this school now and it sucks. i havent learned anything because all the teachers flirt with a kid in the class and only two of them actually care. the new director has turned the place into a joke and has her daughter working at the front desk which im pretty sure is nt allowed. she fires the front desk staff that we get along with and keeps her daughter kayla up there who by the way pisses off every client and every student. they treat every student unfairly. dont pay a cent to come here

Although my haircut took longer than it would have at a regular salon, I was in no particular hurry. The student stylist did a good job. My hair was reviewed by an instructor at before the student started and checked again at the end when the student finished. The instructor found a few small things to touch up and I got a Shampoo. All for about $8.50. Not a bad deal at times when money is tight for so many people

Well let me just say I left with job offeres and a salon ready additude! They not only helped me with the technical side of Cosmo but also a business sense that I feel no other school could offer me. And with the Xenon name stamped on my butt when I left I feel I can go anywhere.
