A total waste of my time and money..... Seriously I could have done better myself. I went in for a pedi and mani. My cuticals were not properly pushed back. I was tag teamed and so uncomfortable during it with one arm being pulled to opposite side of my body. I was not bold enough to speak up at time. Nails look like a child did them. I was rushed through it was a poor experience and a crappy job. I will never go back. Then they have you pay prior to being done so you feel obligated to tip..... What a racket it was like and assembly line.....

I took an out of towner here two weeks ago, after reading reviews. I can honestly say, my fingers have never been in so much pain. My nails are on the smaller side, so when I requested a full set, I was sure to point that out. The technician still left them far too wide even AFTER I asked a couple times for them to be reduced. I managed to keep them on for a week, but by then, my left hand (ring finger) had swollen up so bad that my wedding ring had to be pried off. The culprit was a finger nail growing INTO the tip of my fingernail because not only were they sized incorrectly, but they were jagged and WAY too thick to even consider keeping them off. I waited two weeks and soaked my nails in acetone for over an hour, they STILL had to be pried off. Most painful experience with my nails ever. I have open sores on multiple fingers because of the jagged nails. I will never go back to this place. Just thinking about how uneven the gel was and how horrible it looked, I was embarassed when people asked to see them closely.
