The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature shrimp, wild salmon and ono. Really good fast mexican food

To say that this restaurant provides great Mexican food fast is an understatement. We enjoy going to the Aurora location once a week. The atmosphere and staff is wonderful. Dane should be very proud of his excellent staff. Try it sometime. This is much more than fish tacos.
