I didn't listen to the reviews (on google) I was thinking well... It's the closest beauty shop to me. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of beauty supply stores around the area that have better customer service. The people in here are rude and inconsiderate. Things are excessively overpriced anyway. Save your time and your money, and go to a place where they value you coming in and spending your hard earned money on their products. I have been in more times than I can count, spent hundreds of dollars and when I told the old man that he just lost a loyal customer he said "that's fine". I have never been in an establishment that cared so little for their customers. Like I said, there are other beauty supply stores in the area that actually appreciate your business. At the end of the day it is the customer that is paying their bills, you should put your money into a company you believe in, not simply because it is what is closest to your home.

• 10/26/13 at 6pm the staff was extremely rude and impolite. The staff yelled at my wife when she inquired about the hair extensions. She asked to touch them to feel the quality of the product and the male staff yelled at her and asked her if she can read and not touch the product, then told her to get out. When my wife was walking out of the store she informed them that her money is green and how would she be able to determine to purchase if she doesn't know the product quality. The staff was very rude and impolite to my wife and to my 15 year old daughter. The staff must understand that not every one who is African American who visits their store is a thief or criminal or low class clientele. In fact we are educated and professional people and family oriented who try to represent the best of our culture. I am very happy that I was not in the store when these indivduals mistreated my wife in front of our daughter. Its hard to believe that this sort of treatment occurs, but I am 100% confident that if my wife and daughter were caucasian they would have been treated much better. It is very sad that owners of this business doesn't understand the culture of the people that purchase their product and they can not discern honest prospective customers from others who access their store for bad intents. My family will never enter this store again and if there is any way that I can disseminate our experience about this store I will do so thru every social media option that I can possible utilize in order to put the word out on this business chain in Colorado. These are very hateful and insensitive people who do not respect the people that they hope to sell their products. Stay Away from this business if you respect your own heritage. A rating of ONE STAR is a vast over statement.
