I’m a mother of 3 boys, my boys have been going to little steps for 2 and a half years now. I had a very bad experience with a previous daycare where my kids went before, I looked at many daycares and talked to many parents that bring there children to littlesteps, every parent I spoke to said great things about the daycare and the teachers. My kids wake up every morning and look forward to go to daycare, they really enjoy it and I’m happy that they are happy. Teachers are all very sweet and kind, they understand how to deal with my boys and I’m very happy with them . I will definitely recomand the daycare, cant say enough good things about them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I LIVE DIRECLTY NEXT DOOR. YOU CAN HEAR MULTIPLE KIDS SCREANG ALL DAY AS IF THEY ARE BEING TORTURED. I can hear them being spanked. They ignore he children's needs. This place needs to be shut down. I am horrified on a regular basis on what goes on there, and that is only what I can see from outside.

Please do not take your child to this daycare they were neglecting and abusing my 4year old son. I enrolled him two days a week with after care on Mondays. They left my child at preschool and the school had to call me to come get him. Since this incident my son is terrified to be in their care he has expressed to me and his teacher that the staff here pinches him and puts him corners in the classroom. On Mondays before he is released to them he cries to his preschool teacher to not let them take him. I entrusted this awful daycare with my child and not only did they abuse him but the neglected him. When I went to the facility to talk to them they refused to speak to me stating that I was harassing them. Whatever you do please do not take your child here
