This place has the absolute worst customer service. I repeatley asked the nail tech Tommy (I believe his name was) that I wanted gel/shellac nails and he continued to ignore me. After repeating myself for the fourth time he finally he says will shellac is $3 more and I had to pay him right then like I'm some criminal who couldn't afford $3 for the service, meanwhile another lady came in and asked for shellac and wasn't made to pay before they started. I will never spend another dime here and will be reporting them to the BBB
