Do not do business with European Auto Parts.



I purchased a used car from Eugene in January 2015. Because it didn't have service records and was overdue for a timing belt change, I was concerned about it needing this very expensive repair.



Eugene offered to replace the timing belt and water pump for the cost of parts in order to make the sale and we did. Fast forward 6 months and 5K miles and the water pump that was supposed to last 100K miles is blown and I have to get it replaced.



Eugene is not standing behind his work and is only offering to replace the water pump at full cost and full labor charge.



Now that I'm paying a trustworthy mechanic to replace the part, we'll see if Eugene even put a new one in.



If you want someone trustworthy who stands behind their work and takes care of their customers, keep looking because you won't find it from Eugene and European Auto Parts.
