Hired James for shower door and 9 window replacements. 2 months later I have a shower door, but no windows. James promised to refund my deposit for the windows, but after multiple attempts to reach him, no refund and no further communication from James. Proceed with caution with this guy.

Installed new shower door. Made appt to fix his installation. Told me he'd come and never showed up or even called (waited 4 hours). Showed up to fix the hinge the next time, but fell off alignment again and James Duran just disappeared without honoring his warranty. Save your time and hire Brian's Shower door and glass. He fixed the door and said it was installed incorrectly. He was prompt, on time and professional. Brian even emails you receipt and accepts credit card payments.

Was holding out hope that he would get back to me, but after seeing recent reviews on thumbtack, it sounds like I got scammed. I ordered windows from James 6 weeks ago and gave him a $600 check. He said it would be 2 weeks, then he cancelled install appointment. He hasn't returned any phone calls, emails, texts in the last month. Avoid this scammer!
