Did schedule appointment with this company,no body show up and no phone calls received,when I call them,got some excuses,reschedule appointment to the next day,and guess what??? no body show up again!!!! and no phone call.Horrible company do not use them.

Scheduled appt for carpet cleaning. Was given a window 2-4pm. At 4:10pm I called to see when they would be coming. Woman answering the phone said she'd call the tech to see when he'd be here. An hour later, no call back. Called again. Man answers and will again call the tech. Says he can be here at 6pm or later. No discount for my 4 hour wait. Cancelled the appt and will go with a more dependable company. I wouldn't waste my time waiting for them to show up. I'm guessing carpet cleaning quality matches their promptness but I'll never know since they were a no show.
