I have not had anything repaired from this company yet, this is a review on their customer service only. Based on my discussion with their customer service rep during my brief phone call asking for a quote to repair a broken lid switch on a top-loading kenmore washer, the lady was extremely courteous, kind, and informative. Without being overbearing in the least, she was able to completely answer all of my questions to my overwhelming satisfaction. If the price they quoted me is one of the lowest, I would definitely consider them for my repair needs.
