I've had horrible experiences with these guys in the past. Don't use them...there are many good alternatives out there. A few months later after I had to completely start the PCB process over with another company (which went extremely smooth on the same design), they offered me a 50% refund in store credit if I used them on future designs...yeah right...

I purchased several sets of prototype circuit boards from Advanced Circuits. They have a barebones pcb program where you receive credit for your barebones orders on a full spec pcb. Before placing the first order I called about the details and was told by a salesperson that I would receive full credit for each order towards a full spec order and could receive multiple credits on the same order as long as the credits were for the same project. When it came time to place the full spec order they would not honor their word, the sales manager called me a liar and hung up the phone, and the head of their technical department (everyone else was on vacation) basically said they didn't need my business anyway. So I ordered less expensive boards from a competitor and receive fantastic customer service and high quality boards. Thanks for nothing Advanced Circuits! You have not only lost a customer in me but I will do everything in my power to educate others about your shady practices.
