In addition, he was project manager for the Marriott Marquis Sushi bar, Soho Hotel, Mandarin Hotel, and Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia that had a cold tray lines for tray deliveries to patient's rooms. Pierre's design project experiences are in Restaurants, Hotels, B&I, Universities, Hospitals, and Schools and projects where the client appreciates the professional knowledge consultants afford them. Recent projects include the following: The Broadmoor Hotel, Asian and Mexican restaurants, the Adams 12, Adams 50, Thompson Valley, and Steamboat school districts.
