I went to Parks to look at new car options. The sales team immediately went into the "bait and switch" tactics to keep me on the lot. I tried to leave several times and they would send in different people to attempt the "strong arm" sales approach. I agree with Debbie D. They are slick and deceitful. They price their cars $3,000 to $4,000 over the suggested retail price and then they start manipulating numbers. I was there for 5 hours and exhausted. I ended up signing for a car that I knew was too much. I returned the next day stating I had "buyer's remorse". I showed them online the price of the car. I told the finance manager that I planned to just repair my car and he yelled "NO!". Overall I have never been treated so disrespectfully. I filed a complaint with RIP OFF REPORT @ www.ripoffreport.com. Do Not Purchase a Car or Truck from this dealer!

I recently bought a used pickup from Parks. The Salesman was a very nice and polite young man who incidently quit after I bought the truck. The finance person was pretty slick I must say. He had me so confused I signed for things I didn't want costing me $4000. My husband and I went back to Parks and we talked with 4 different people,one of which was a young woman, dressed very nice,pretty, who told my husband he needed to sign some papers that she layed in front of him. Very slick, trying to get his attention on her. He couldn't sign anything because I bought the truck not him. That didn't work so they final sent out a man, with a changed attitude, and had the papers for me to sign to take off everything I didn't want. And I was charged to take the things I didn't want off that shouldn't have been there in the first place. They said I would get a refund in a couple of weeks. Guess what. It takes at least 6 wks! Still no refund. I refinanced with a local credit union at a lower interest rate. I bought my first truck from Parks and was very satisfied and that's why I went back. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Parks Motors again. I love my truck and am very satisfied with it but will not tolerate being lied to and cheated like I was ever again.
