Excellent and prompt

We have been using this place since we moved to augusta in 2003 The service is always fast and the work can not be faulted. If they happen to spot something else that needs to be taken care of, they call you and explain and are actually honest about whether the work needs to be done or can be taken care of in the future.

I have been taking my vehicles to Washington Road Tire and Auto since I first moved to the Augusta area in 1996. The staff is always professional and courteous but even more important they care about building relationships with their customers more than making money. You will always get a fair deal from Jason and Ray and they will never do unnecessary work on your vehicle.
