Messages twice to hear back about classes ; however, I never heard back. I also sent an e-mail which was never followed up. Finally today, I drove to their location to speak with someone, and the staff was late opening the studio. Once the staff arrived, they couldn't even answer any of my questions about their classes. Safe to say, I will NOT be attending.
I am sorry that your experience with 5678 Studios was not up to your expectations. Without knowing specifics about the the times you emailed and called I cannot address those issues. As to the day you visited, I would have been the one you spoke to. I can tell you I opened the Studio and talked with you prior to officially opening the Studio. The Studio was opened at the regularly scheduled time after your departure. We pride ourselves on being a small, intimate operation and we would like a chance to personally address your concerns and give you the opportunity to experience the Studio in a better light.
