This is Craig in Aiken, SC. They 'repaired' my washing machine that had a piece of rubber on the bottom of the drum that was barely hanging on with some very light adhesive - the OTHER repair tech explained that a sensor or a bolt should have been there instead of the rubber piece. The rubber piece came off when I washed my clothes on HOT water and leaked all over the place. Now they are telling me that they can't get out here for another two weeks before they even order the piece. I want to take this business to small claims court for the amount of wasted time and money I spent dealing w/ them. I was supposed to get a call back from their Supervisor, Ms. Moreen yesterday - have yet to hear from them. DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE. You can see in the photo how weak this piece of rubber is that is supposed to hold water!!! The only reason it didn't leak when they installed it was because they water was on cold.
