Provided by YP.comLove Michaels, but their framing department needs some new people and training. I placed a custom mat order and in the beginning was very pleased with my service. By the time I had to return my order that was obviously incorrect I was very disgusted with the framing department. It took me 45 minutes total to explain to 3 different people several times each why the mat was wrong and get my money back. I'll go somewhere else next time (for framing). Oh one other thing ... (this rant could apply to many stores too though) dont put things out on display if you are never going to get any in to sell! Other than that Michaels is a nice store.
