We have shopped at Kroger WashingtonRd/AlexanderDr since before 1985.

Produce department has been the main attraction. We grocery shop about 2 times per week.

We love having the fuel discount.

Friendly service has always pleased us. I cannot remember any unpleasant experiences.

The new super store is very nice, very big and unfamiliar. Most everyone has gone out of their way to help us find the items for which we are looking.

There are a lot of new young employees who are not up to par. They seem to have lots of social time. I see them visiting in the back of the store and in the checkout.

The management staff is excellent. I have been helped many times the last 3 months during the transistion of the store.

The head manager is TOPS. He is always energetic, friendly and on top of his game. We are always treated with respect and assured we are valued.
