Paid $1000 for a repair to an AC that was not cooling. He replace a part and guaranteed his work. After a few days the unit started acting up so I called and was told he'd come out on a couple of days to check it. That day they ignored several calls and texts, as well as the next day and never showed. When I posted negatively on Facebook he called immediately and was very unprofessional. He finally agreed to go out that evening. After that conversation the unit stopped cooling again. Once again he is ignoring all calls and texts. I have not gotten an invoice for what was done and my unit is not working again and I'm out $1000 I didn't have. They are listed under several different company names with their numbers and address. Stay away

I called them to come check my whirlpool duet washer. They said I needed a $250 part and ordered it. They came back the next day to install it and it only worked for about 3 days. I called them again and they wouldn't answer or return any messages. I had to call another company and they said the part that Affordable had "replaced" was the original part and they fixed my machine for $175 with parts and labor. I haven't had any problems since.

The tech at affordable was very knowledgeable of my appliance. Was only here about 15mins and gone. Would recommend too anyone
