I am (was) a regular customer. I used a $6.75 (5 load) washer, leaving ample room to tumble during the wash. When I started to remove my clothes, I discovered they were soaking wet. I could literally squeeze water out of them. Things happen like that.

My problem is how it was handled by the attendant that changed her "story" multiple times and attitude once the manager was on the phone.

Turns out the attendant was "too busy" to place tape over the coin slot like she did with the other 5 similar washers (same rows). Then she said " she had to wait for the previous customer's clothes to finish ", which makes no sense. Then she said she had "no tape" but had some later. Then she had to wait for someone to come to fix it (coming today on a Sunday?)

Finally, got her to call the manager. Had to ask several times to talk with manager. Offered to refund $6.75 but not pay the difference for the two smaller washers that I had to use to wring out clothes.

Will not be back. I have been coming here for over a decade. Had to cancel side gig for afternoon, lost money.

love this place washer and dryers work really well the only place I would wash at. thankz guys great service

Cleanest and most friendliest laundromat I have every been in! Attendants very helpful since it was my first time here. They have big 8 load machines that takes $1 coins so, I didn't have to stand there and put in a zillion quarters. I also bring my kids in since they have a kids play area where they can watch cartoons. AC is cold and all machines worked fine for me. I would definitely recommend this laundromat!
