absolutely horrible company that has no accountability. They left thousands of dollars of damage to my yard and didn't finish.....do not believe a word they say, and have your attorney look at their contract....

Valley Pump is who you want to call. They have the best service EVER. In this day and age, it’s really rare to find a company in the construction industry of any kind who are as sincere, caring and professional. From the time you call Amy all the way through the process, you have service that is truly thorough and also responsible, respectful, and very promp. The owner, Joe, although totally booked during a very busy season, once sent his service crew out at 8 pm the same day. They will find a way to get any issue solved quickly and safely. They are super friendly as they work efficiently while taking the time to explain the issue and how they will repair it, Gave me instructions on how I could possibly fix it myself safely in case of an urgent need.
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews. They are exceptional.

Valley Pump came out and did not leave us without water they arrived long after normal business hours and had been helping people all day. they finished the job after 10pm and never complained just friendly smiles and great service.

As a general construction contractor for many years. I am very aware of the fact people just don't know who to trust anymore when it comes to needing a service performed. From grooming your pet, servicing your vehicle, installing a new roof or unfortunately, even what doctor really cares about you more than how much money they can bill you for in the 15 minute appointment allotted. Moral conscience has eroded into pure greed and deception simply to improve net profit for so many businesses these days. My experience from calling Valley Pump (after three other businesses)fortunately gave me the much needed confidence that there are still honest and caring professionals still out there. They totally resolved my desperate no water problem for a mere $105.00 as apposed to the prior $1,700.00 - $2,300.00 estimates given by the greedy non-caring competition.Thank you Valley Pump Service. Our well needed serviced and beings we are way out in the middle of nowhere it was difficult to get anyone to come out without charging an arm and leg for the trip. Valley Pump was quick to respond to our phone call, worked with me from Oregon and the renter at the house to set up a time for service. Although they were not able to give us an exact date they did keep in contact and notified us before they headed out. they were polite and professional. I would use them again.

Our pump quit working and we had no water. We have horses and 2 small kids, so was very thankful Valley Pump came out that day. The man that fixed our pump and got us back in water said that people and businesses that are out of water always take top priority. He came in the evening and stayed until almost 11pm! We are very thankful he came out, even though it was late.

I attempted to make an appointment like the above description states. However, Jim refused to make an appointment. It is very reasonable to be present when someone comes to your home to do expensive work. I am puzzled by his unwillingness to give a date or time for a $150 minimum inspection.
