I bought a 2003 Toyota Carolla from Steve Mueller's and its a nice little car! Reasonable. Payments! Nice people to do business with! Check them out!!! I'm glad i did!

I took my 01 Passat wagon in for a timing belt change at 90k miles since the dealer has been telling me to get it done. After reading reviews on yelp, I stopped by and talked to Albert. He gave me a quote that was about 1/4 of dealer price and seemed very knowledgable and honest. It's been 3 months since he replaced my timing belt and the car runs great! I think I finally found a place to take my vw to... I think Albert said he father started the shop as a Lancia authorized shop way back when and he actually started doing engine tune ups when he was 13 or something. This is a great place for VW and other european cars.

I've been coming to Albert at Mueller Motors since I was a medical student at USC. Since then I've moved out to the Inland Empire for internship and then down to Orange County for residency, but I still drive, however far or long, to Albert to have him work on my cars. I've owned two Audi A4s, one Audi TT, one VW Jetta, and one Porsche Carrera 4S over the years, and Albert is the only person I let touch my cars. Listen, this isn't a dealership. No one is going to wash your car and bring you an espresso. Heck, sometimes it's even hard to get someone on the phone when they are busy. But I'll keep coming back because Albert, Lou, John, and Aaron are good, honest guys who know cars and pride themselves on doing a good job. I've recommended several friends to Mueller Motors, and they have all been happy as well.

Excellent customer service and well taken care of after the sale for service!! Have bought 2 vehicles and have had good luck with them aside from the expected minor repairs that come with any used vehicle!! Will continue to buy from this dealer and will refer to everyone I know in the market for a decent used vehicle!!

We purchased a car from here with little money down as he worked with us on that and the payments, there were a few minor things after we took the vehicle that needed to be addressed and Steve took car of the issues as promised and the service dept. was great when we brought the vehicle in!! I have never had a better experience at a big dealer than I did here!! Thank you Steve!!
