There is a high turnover of vets here - just when you get to know and like one, he or she leaves. They have all been very nice, and knowledgeable. The owner is super nice too. But the office manager is infuriating. She always dispenses inaccurate information with 100% confidence. I would go elsewhere because of her, except the vets are great. She needs to understand that farm owners are knowledgeable people, and accept that they might know what they're talking about. I don't know if it's an ego thing, or she's just ignorant. But it's a serious problem.
