Vivid Signs did a wonderful job for our church. Their customer service was outstanding. Jay was very helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to assist us in getting the sign up on our building. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Vivid Designs is a wonderful community partner. The Grass Valley Downtown Association has had the pleasure of working with Vivid on two significant projects; Taste of the Gold and Cornish Christmas (two signature events for historic downtown Grass Valley). Vivid Designs completed table tops, banners, and signs for these events. The work was exceptional, professional and completed in a timely manner. We sent out 8 requests to replace our sign late on a Friday night. Vivid Signs was not only the first to reply back but did so late that Friday evening and we were in contact with them by the following Monday morning. Vivid Signs had outstanding communications, were very personable, had quick responses throughout the entire process, and were honest and fairly priced. We never felt as if there were limitations to our design or material needs and Vivid Signs helped us narrow down the best materials for our application. Vivid Signs didn’t try to “sell” us anything but had more of a consultant type of approach. Delivery and installation was done before our deadline. Our sign came in on time and under budget!!! You will not be disappointed…do yourself a favor and work with Vivid Signs.

I am always nervous about using a business that was not referred to me. I always think I'm taking a chance when I just pick a company out of a phone book. I wanted to use a local company, and not an online service, for my signage needs and Vivid Signs did not disappoint. The owner, Jay Shinn, was very responsive to my initial contact with the company. He provided multiple quotes in a very timely manner until I was happy with what he was going to provide. The project required some special order items and all the while Jay updated me with expected delivery dates. He even provided photos of the project as it was moving along. And then to finish it off he delivered the job personally to my front door and even made last minute amends without any hassle or delay. In summary, excellent customer service all the way through the project, a price that was reasonable to me, and a willingness and eagerness to work with me through the project. Needless to say I will be using Vivid Signs for any future signage needs I may have.

I went to visit vivid signs, great facility with a friendly staff. I purchased some truck lettering. nice job and very affordable. I was very impressed with the turn around time and friendly service. I will be doing business at vivid from here on out.
