Provided by YP.comThe Finishing Touch Hair Salon does fabulous hair and nails. Elicia Adair is my stylist who colors my hair with multiple highlights and cuts it into a sassy cut. I would recommend her salon to all who needs a perfect look. The salon is decorated to look like French boutique that is classy and elegant. Stop by and say “Hi”.
