Took my 13 journey in for brake light constantly coming on. They found the problem the brake reservior was low they informed me I needed new brakes. 2mm from 5mm in rear I was sceptical so I got 3 more opinions they all said I'm not even close took it to a brake shop they showed me the brakes and sure enough still have lots of meat.

They are straight talking people . they tell you like it is . they are salesmen who are trying to sell their business. They are nice enough to me in letting me clean out their drawers and counter tops for their coffee area as well as make a pot of coffee when one other pot gets low, and even let's me clean and straighten all of the magazines in their box as well as putting their own magazines back where they belong in the other magazines racks elsewhere in their display racks, as well as bringing in my laptop and use their wifi with no complaints.

Outstanding service in all departments at this dealership! Eric Henderson, Sales Manager, sold me Jeep Grand Cherokee #2. 2012 Loaded with the HEMI. I doubt that another dealership would beat the price that i walked out of there with. There are no games involved here. Straight forward, excellent priced vehicles. Matt Fernhoff, Finance Manager, was excellent to work with in doing the contract. He made it easy, was honest, and quick to get me on my way. Peder Oleson in the parts department is quick to get me the add on accessories that i order by the next day. I believe that this will make it my 68 or 69th vehicle purchase. Out of all the dealerships that i have worked with, Magnussens is by far the best! That's why I keep going back & will never entertain another dealership again.

Service writer was nice and my Jeep was fixed the same day. Didn't cost as much as I had anticipated either. Everyone seemed happy to be there and were friendly.
