I tried this service for the first time because we neeeded someone to come immediately to help my mother in law clean up after her water heater burst! The owner even drove all the way to placerville! to meet us and gave the estimate the same day! The mess we had was overwhelming for our 85 year old mom! The carpets were soaked all the way into the living room, the bathroom was flooded, I was amazed at the clean up job done in only 4 hours! I highly recommend this business and am happy we chose to pay the extra $25! my mother in law is now safe.I hope this helps. sincerely, j and s faw

This place honestly doesn't even deserve one star, but I'm going to at least give them that for the effort they've put into being the worst people possible to run a business. I witnessed the manager of this place, her name is Michelle, attack my pregnant friend who works for them. They left her a message firing her so she goes in to pick up her check and return their supplies, well they want her to sign paperwork saying she quit on her own, so she refused, and they refused her her check. She picks up the supplies to leave, because without her check she isn't required to give back the supplies, well the manager flips out and starts grabbing my pregnant friend, hits her in the stomach, and holds her hostage in the building, claiming she wants to have a calm chat! Manager calls the cops on my friend and her husband because he ran into the building because he heard his pregnant wife screaming. DO NOT hire this place, it'll take you half the day to even get someone on the line anyways, and DO NOT apply for a job here, they'll lie to you about your job description and then this will happen when you confront them about it. You've been warned.
