Fast, fair and effective service. Having dealt with other tire stores over the years, I was grateful when LS finally moved their business in to CA. Not only do they honor their own warranty, they went so far as to cover entirely four new top of the line tires I had purchased from Big O a year earlier when three of the four went bad on a tip we took to Canada a few years back. When I say "went bad" I mean one had a catastrophic blow out failure on the Oregon Coast, and two of the remaining three had undetected sidewall bubble delams which were picked up by the LS dealer. This alone probably saved my life as I was heading up into the Canadian Rockies and can only imagine what would have happened it they hadn't caught it. I rate them 5 stars in all categories.

Bad service and high prices on tires . I went to get the balanced they told me my tires are bad but my tires was fine and new. I would never go back there again

Awesome service. Went above and beyond...very kind,polite,& honest.. service may not be as quick as you like...but they are one of the busiest tire stores in California alone

Excellent customer service! Immediately was recognized when I walked in the door, and was consistently asked by others associates if I had been helped yet. They took the time to put tire and wheel combinations together for my truck. And the pricing was competitive! Thank you Anthony, Tom and Ryan! Loving the new look of my truck!

The worst customer service! I'm a single mom with 2 kids. I had a flat tire. Just needed a quick change. Would have taken them just a few minutes to do. They very rudely turned myself and my children away because they were closing in 20 minutes. They are rude and uncaring.

Don't even bother going elsewhere. This Les Schwab operates the same as all the other Les Schwab's I have patronized over the years. Extremely efficient and fair in all their dealings. Prices are as good or better than anyone else, and the service is absolutely unequaled. I have been dealing with Les Schwab since 1965 in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and now here locally, and you cannot find a better business with which to deal.



Beware the prior bad review as these are often planted by competitors and not reflective of how the customers feel about the products and services.

I'd skip this place. Bad manager (Tom) running his own deals on the side. The staff have to work around him. This is why a lot of people have hit/miss experiences there.
