When my Husband & I were accused of Fraud we hired Dan Koukol as our Attorney. This was the best thing I could have ever done in this situation. With all of Dan's hard work & dedication he was able to get the DA to dismiss our case. I am so thankful for Dan without him we could have lost everything. Retained Mr K for representation, but I was forced to stick w/ a different attorney after a week. I informed Dan, and requested the balance of the $5,000 retainer that was paid. He refused to give back any of this, despite the fact that he did not even attend one court appearance. The only thing that was done was ONE interview w/ the investigator.

After I continually requested an invoice, he finally sent me one--

The invoice was a joke-it had things like "interview w/ PI" and "discussion w/ PI" and re-discuss w/ PI". It was obvious that it was made up after my request for the invoice. The guy did nothing but take my money. DISHONEST!!!!!

Dan's work in my case was so well done, I can not believe he handled everything so well.
