I recently had a hot water heater problem. The immediate solution required a quick diagnosis and a switch replacement, which Jeffco completed quickly and efficiently. Further, thanks to their friendly, talented and knowledgeable staff (David-tech and Tracy-office manager), a more complicated circulator pump issue was diagnosed and the proper part found and installed, allowing optimization of my hot water supply. They not only solved my initial problem but improved my hot water heater's performance... all the while working with my home warranty company to minimize cost for me. Amazing!!

I wanted to take a bit of time to let you know how much my family and I appreciate the job done by your employees. I think a great job should be recognized.



Upon realizing we had a major water leak in our home...and not a clue where it may be, we had no choice but to find a plumber to fix our problem. This, as with most homeowners, was a very stressful situation as we had no idea what sort of a mess we may be getting into and we were worried about being taken advantage of since we know nothing about plumbing. Turns out our new home had a slab leak, detected quickly and fixed quickly.



I know we were not "taken" by your company. The men who worked on our problem were fast, efficient and courteous. We now know why your company has a respectable name in Auburn and surrounding areas and we will not hesitate to use your company in the future.



As a side note, your company came to my mind simply because your green trucks driving all over Auburn were stuck in my head. Great marketing!
