I needed to replace the flex liner for my wood burning insert. I contacted numerous places and received quotes anywhere from 1500 to 4000. I was in shock as to the price of this installation (google it and see). After being so discouraged, I visited Icon Hearth & Home, spoke with Neal and what a great guy and a wealth of knowledge. I purchased the liner from them and made contact with their referral for the installation. The installation was completed by "B" which is a nick name he goes by. Another great guy who is very knowledgeable as well. He had my insert ready to use in two hours. Job done! The cost was a little over $600. Ok...now here comes the big one, the next day I received a call from the owner who told me that I only used 12 ft but purchased 15ft of the flex pipe and she wanted to refund me 3 ft. I was taken back by such honesty because, I had no idea how many feet was used and I would have never questioned it. I was in total shock as to such honesty. This company has my utmost respect and encourage anyone who is searching for repairs or to purchase a new stove, please go here first. I will be a lifetime customer. They certainly have their customer's best interest at heart. I truly want to thank them.

We were all ambushed by the Harmon Absolute 43 pellet stove. This pellet stove produced very little heat and a lot of black, sticky soot ... it was a nightmare. Hard to believe Harmon would let something like this out of the factory. Cindy went to bat for us demanding that Harmon take back this disaster and replace it with the Harmon XXV. It took a few months but she prevailed and we are now very satisfied with the model XXV ... best pellet stove I have ever owned. Highest recommendation for Cindy and her business.
