The rib eye steak was like butter the best I ever had!! Service was wonderful a great place to bring out of town guests

Taco Tuesday at The Club Car was fun. The restaurant is jammed packed. The tacos were dirt cheap and atmosphere was great. Gotta get there early though.

Club Car is so much fun! We love the live music and karaoke nights, and the food is phenomenal too! Such a great place to go to for a relaxing, fun evening.

Terrible service. Lost reservations two weeks in a row. Indifferent attitude by server. Asked for manager and was told they were too busy to talk with our party. Go anywhere else instead of this place.

Horible service from an inept bartender. Probably just an off night, but the rudeness was beyond the pale. To many other options in town to check out.

The Club 'Car has what is known as open mike on Thursdays. I hear from friends that they are beginning to turn people away who do not fit the bill or their expectations. They do not advertise anywhere that the open mic is for writers & musicians for easy listening.



Then it is not open mike then is it. Sounds a bit uppity to me. don't think I will be back.



They also own the Monkey Cat Restaurant just down the street. I have heard that they are awful to work for. I have known many cooks that had to leave due to unrealistic demands put on their employees.

They also only hire young good looking girls to serve people. I asked a cook I new their if i should apply. He said don't bother as they will only hire young attractive food servers. I am in my 50's

So they sound like bay area meets small town. They have control issues.

At the Club Car, their is a female bartender who is very very rude. I would never go back based on her attitude alone. Plus they are now turning musicians away if they do not fit the type of music they want.

My suggestion to them is stop using musicians for free & then not let them play. If they are looking for a certain sound hire a band for gods sake.

Club Car is a pretty relaxed autmosphere. Food is always good, and it does get pretty busy.
