I did an amazing and POSITIVE review about 4 weeks ago...Where is it???????

We had a girls day and went herr to get out nails done. My sister got black tips, that turned out to be blue. When she went back to get them fixed, they tried and failed. She asked for her money back, and they refused. They tried to force her into the chair to fix them again. After that, she was told to come back on Monday at noon to meet the manager. When they get there, he also refuses to give her money back. He proceeds to shove her into a chair and clip the tips off her nails, and tells her we dont do anything for free! Oh did ai mention, when he shoved her into the chair, she was holding my 2 year old niece?
