I signed up for fitness and tanning March, 2011. I went to the gym 1 time and was very unhappy with the machines and uncomfortable with the guys lurking around. I asked the boy at the front desk to cancel my membership for the gym on the first visit but continued my tanning sessions for the month. He advised me that he would cancel the gym part which never happened. My bank card has now been charged for 13 months even though I have contacted the owner and the new management people about the charges. I have been lied to over and over each month and told that the owner would return phone calls. I never received one return phone call or credit. Just today when my card was charged, AGAIN! I am beyond any understanding. I am writing this to let everyone know that this business will charge your card over and over again and does not give any customer service, just lie after lie. I advise that you do not go to this business as they are untrustworthy.
