Brought a brand new jacket to them to have a name embroidered on the sleeve. Called back less than 2 hours later to make changes and was told it would not be a problem and the jacket would be ready in 5 days. Went to pick it up on day 5 and they stitched on the wrong sleeve and with the wrong font. Their excuse? It was already complete when we called to make the changes. They were unable to explain why we weren't told it was done when we called. Someone who claimed to be the owner said they could unstitch and make the changes but it wouldn't look new and actually had the absolute audacity to say that we'd have to pay for the re-do. I asked the "owner" if he was prepared to lose business when I tell everyone I know how they operate and he responded with an emphatic "YES". It's quite clear they lost track of the requested changes and refuse to stand by their product. Don't waste your time or money on these second rate thieves. There are PLENTY of other local options.
