My complaint is very similar to Mikes!!!
Gary is the biggest snake in business. He "requires" payment before the start of the job (thankfully I refused). He started my driveway almost 2 years ago and it is still not fixed or completed. I have currently hired a new company to come and finish what he has started. His crew is very sketchy as well, swearing and arguing in front of my kids while they were working and they just look like they are trouble. It is probably safe to assume that Gary, his employees and his company are not insured, luckily no one got hurt on my property while they were working.

Question...how do I give a less than one star rating? Owner Gary and Gold Lion are horrible. He acknowledged a poor job and agreed to fix it. That was nearly 2 years ago. A couple of hundred calls later (I wish I were kidding--but I'm really persistent), and the problem is still there. With all the broken promises and out-right lies, I have no idea how he sleeps at night. Now, I will pursue small claims court (I told you I'm persistent). Besides small claims, I have to fix my relationship with two neighbors that I referred to Gold Lion, as they too are VERY unhappy. We all plan to take him to court. Free advice: don't hire them.

Horrible. T ook our money then came back to pave weeks later. Made a huge mistake called many times Came back a year later to fix it. Poured pavement over the mistake said they would come back to see if it was corrected never did. That was last summer. Do not ever use them. You will get ripped off.

Paid for a rental with a check that did not have sufficient funds and rather than compensate us they ignored all requests for repayment. Had no choice but to contact the police
