Small portions, waited over an hour to get the food delivered and I literally live right down the street! ordered tofu and it was mushy, soggy, gross.. totally NOT worth the time or money!

Fortune house had ridiculously small portions. I paid $10 for one meal and the chicken fingers were so small. The whole order of chicken fingers would have amounted to one normal sized chicken finger at a different restaurant . Also, the rice was overcooked and actually burnt in some areas. I called to complain about getting such little food for $10 and how the rice was cooked. The man who answered the phone did nothing but argue with me and tell me that maybe next time i get big pieces because it is random. And i told him the rice was burnt and I was not coming back if he wasn't going to do anything about it. And he was perfectly fine that I was not coming back and refused to try to make the customer happy. Horrible customer service and even worse sized portions. That is my last trip to Fortune House, I will go to Dragon Garden and get double the food for that price.
