I highly recommend Computer Exchange because they removed hundreds of viruses for much less than the big box stores wanted. They also went above and beyond what I expected by tuning up my computer and removing accumulated dust. They recommended that I increase the amount of memory in my computer, which greatly improved my old XP computer's performance.

I bought a DVD drive and speakers, both were Bad products. The DVD drive would not play all the time and the speakers were very distorted. I was yelled at and argued with over the phone and in person when requesting a refund. I did receive a refund minus a installation service fee. Based mainly on the customer service reaction I will never shop there again.
